Historic Riverboat Hotel on the Sacramento River

Delta King Hotel is a restored 1920s paddlewheel riverboat permanently moored on the Sacramento River. Passengers step aboard to find a self-guided mini museum on the second deck with photographs and artifacts from the steamer's past. The narrow hallways, pull-chain toilets, and brass fixtures preserve the original character of this National Historic Landmark.

The Pilothouse Restaurant serves American cuisine for lunch and dinner from the original grand dining room. Evening meals include prime rib and Spanish mushrooms, while the upstairs bar offers cocktails and a deck with views of Tower Bridge and sea lions. Valet parking is available for $30 per night, and the hotel provides a complementary drink voucher for the bar.

River View Queen Staterooms have windows facing the water, where guests can watch sea lions on the opposite dock.
